1.1 CDAT Software Inc. (DBA “Oliver Software“, “we“, “our“, or “us“) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy sets out how we collect, store, process, transfer, share and use data that identifies or is associated with you (“personal information“) and information regarding our use of technologies that gather, view or collate personal information on our website.
1.2 Oliver Software operates a cloud-based Benefits Administration Software. Our website (our “Website“) is located at www.oliver.app .

We only collect personal information about you when you voluntarily submit information directly to us by filling in forms on our Website or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. We may use anonymized information for purposes that include testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving the Oliver Software Website and for developing new products and features. 4.2 If you do not want to receive such messages from us, you will be able to tell us by selecting certain boxes on forms we use when we first collect your contact details. You can also change your marketing preferences at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
